The sensor without a length-counting device. It has four flux-gate transducers in their two-component installation for simultaneous measuring of the normal and tangential components of the magnetic field.

The sensor is appropriate for inspection in out-of-the-way sites or on parts with the shape on which the scanning devices cannot be used.
