The First World Congress on Condition Monitoring

The First World Congress on Technical Diagnostics and Monitoring was held in London on June 13-16, 2017.

About 30 experts from various organizations and diagnostic companies took part in the congress from Russia.

Within the framework of the Congress an exhibition of diagnostic instruments and equipment was held. Mainly devices and installations for vibration diagnostics were presented at the booths.

Energodiagnostika Co. Ltd. (Moscow) experts, headed by the General Director A.A. Dubov, took an active part in the work of thematic sections of the Congress and Exhibition.

Instruments, scanning devices, technical and methodical literature on the metal magnetic memory method were presented at the exhibition. The following reports were made during the sections:

1. A.A. Dubov. "Risk monitoring based on early diagnostics of the equipment and structures metal condition in stress concentration zones";

2. S.M. Kolokolnikov. "Personnel training in monitoring and technical diagnosis of equipment using the metal magnetic memory method".

Head of Energodiagnostika Co. Ltd. Certification Body S.M. Kolokolnikov took part in the meetings of the International Society for Condition Monitoring (ISCM) and acted as Chairman of two Congress sections.

Meeting of ISO TC-108 Work Groups - active participants of the Congress – was held on June 20, 2017 in London.

Head of Energodiagnostika Co. Ltd. Certification Body Sergey M. Kolokolnikov attended the meeting as a delegate from Rosstandart during the work of the Subcommittee SC-5. He presented a report on the activities of the Subcommittee SC 1 TC 132 in Russia on the topic "Stress control and lifetime assessment" and made a short presentation on the metal magnetic memory method and its practical capabilities in the field of technical diagnostics and monitoring.
