Fabrication of new devices - Testers of Stress Concentration TSC-2M-8, TSC-3M-12, TSC-4M-16, sufficiently enlarging the capabilities of the metal magnetic memory method application and improving inspection efficiency and quality, has been started in addition to the well-proven TSC-1M-4 device.
